The federal government is the largest employer of reservists.  The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) has numerous provisions designed to protect individual’s rights when they are activated to serve their country. This 2-day workshop provides attendees with the information needed to administer USERRA and assure that the employee’s rights are protected.
