Onsite Seminars
S. Harman & Associates can present any of our open-enrollment courses at your location at a savings. If you are interested in developing a customized format for your Personnelists or employees, S. Harman and Associates, Inc. is available to work with you in the development of course materials at no additional cost. If your agency cannot sponsor an in-house session, consider offering a seminar in combination with other agencies in your area. S. Harman and Associates, Inc. will cooperate to provide any of our training sessions at a savings to all participants.
Onsite Cancellation Policy
The contract cost is fully refundable if a written cancellation notice is received in our office at least six weeks prior to the seminar. All public seminars are available as onsite seminars.
- Specializes in Federal Retirement Systems including CSRS, FERS and OFFSET CSRS.
- Customizes the benefit information for Reserve Technicians, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Air Traffic Controllers, and Customs and Border Protection Officers.

- Provides technical training for HRO Practitioners on the FECA program and Labor & Employee relations.
- Provides Seminars to Federal Employees to explain the Federal Retirement System.
- Produces books about Federal Employees' Retirement System Benefits, Civil Service Retirement System Benefits and Social Security.
